Kave Home - Zaragoza

The new Kave Home store, located at 2 Isaac Peral Street in the heart of Zaragoza, stands as a notable example of modernity and design applied to retail spaces. Housed in the historic building known as the “Palacio de la Luz,” the two-level store features an open-plan layout and large display windows that create a dialogue between the urban exterior and the interior of the store.

The architectural approach is bold: high ceilings, noble materials, clean finishes, and lighting designed to enhance both the products and the in-store experience, all conceived to reinforce the brand image and a strong sense of quality.

Inside, distinct atmospheres have been created to reflect the breadth of Kave Home’s offering—from the main set on the ground floor, featuring experiential décor elements and Instagrammable corners, to the lower level, which showcases outdoor furniture, lighting, bedroom settings, and children’s collections.

This layout, combined with a carefully curated selection of materials and a clear spatial coding, turns the store visit into a sophisticated journey fully aligned with the expectations of a demanding urban clientele.

The project was delivered under a highly demanding schedule, due to its central urban location and the heritage context of the building. The operation required precise logistics, coordination of multiple trades, and strict quality control in order to meet the client’s deadlines and minimize disruption to the surrounding area. As a result, a fully operational space has been delivered, with the ambition of becoming a benchmark for high-end retail in Zaragoza.
